On June 9th, Black River Area Community Coalition (BRACC) collaborated with the Green Mountain Union Middle/High School (GMUHS) in support of substance-free environments and mental health for their students. BRACC sponsored an end-of-the-school-year Student Wellness Fair at GMUHS where local health/wellness/youth-serving organizations were invited to set up a booth and engage with students and parents as they walked around.

Some movies just become more meaningful over time. The 2016 award winning documentary, Screenagers: Growing Up in the Digital Age, meets that standard. It will enlighten and inform the audience again at a special showing at the Flood Brook School on Thursday, March 23rd at 6:30 pm. All members of the community, especially middle school students and their parents from the mountain towns, are welcome. Admission is free.

Our Refuse To Use (RTU) program is excited to partner with Viking Nordic Center to offer our registered RTU participants a complimentary evening of snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and connecting with the wider RTU community. Explore this blog post to learn more about the event.
